Old Medford High

Old Medford High Condominium is located five miles from downtown Boston in what was once the high school for the city of Medford, Massachusetts. The building was converted to loft-style condos in 1984 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Our 111-unit, primarily homeowner-occupied community offers modern condo features in a unique building with a rich history. No more than 20 percent of units can be rented at any given time. Many residents have cats, birds, and other indoor pets, although dogs are not allowed except for service animals. Our community has received Green Awards for our energy efficiency initiatives.
